El Bachiller Manuel del Pozo vende a Sebastián Díaz de Acosta, vecino de Jalapa, 2 caballerías de tierra ubicados en términos de este pueblo, colindan con el cerro Macuiltépetl, con tierras de Domingo Luis, con tierras de Diego de Zárate y Sebastián Díaz de Acosta, cuyas tierras compró por remate que se le hizo de la capellanía que fundó Mariana de Astudillo, difunta, en 600 pesos de oro común a censo redimible, cuyo tributo ha pagar y reconocer a favor del Bachiller Miguel Pérez de Medina. Declara que no tiene otro gravamen, así le cede, traspasa para que pueda usar de ellas a su voluntad.
