Don Pedro Farfán de los Godos, de este comercio y vecindad, don Ramón [María] de Villalba, provisto Juez Subdelegado de esta Villa, a cuyo efecto se le pide fiador de residencia en el tiempo que ejerza su empleo y de las cajas de comunidad en indeterminada cantidad que maneje, y debido a que el otorgante no puede presentarse en la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz para otorgar escritura en forma, da poder especial a don Francisco de Emparan, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que lo obligue como fiador del dicho Villalba, en los expresados objetos de cajas de comunidad en indeterminada cantidad y de residencia.
