Doña María Josefa de Esnaurriza, residente en este pueblo, viuda de don Gaspar de Cosío, albacea, tenedora de bienes y tutora de su hijo don José María de Cosío, residente en Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don José Rodríguez Montalvo, para que en su nombre parezca en juicio ante el señor Alcalde de Segundo Voto de la ciudad de Veracruz, en cuyos juzgado se siguieron los autos de inventarios de los bienes que quedaron de su difunto marido, y solicite se entreguen a ella la parte de la herencia que le corresponde a su hijo, quien por el momento no tiene la edad para recibirlos, constituyéndose como su fiador don Pedro Moreno.
