Don Francisco Barrientos, de esta vecindad, dijo que por cuanto en los autos y causa criminal que se está siguiendo contra Miguel López Rosendo, de esta propia vecindad, por el almancenamiento adulterino que ha mantenido por espacio de 10 años con María Guadalupe Vargas, debiendo ésta arrestarse en la Real Cárcel por cómplice en el delito y por hallarse en el día, buena y sana de las heridas le infirió su mancebo; en virtud de orden verbal del señor alcalde más antiguo de esta Villa, otorga que recibe a la citada María Guadalupe Vargas para tenerla en su casa, de cuya persona se da por entregado y se constituye su carcelero comentariense y en calidad de tal, se obliga a presentarla siempre y cuando se lo demande el señor alcalde.
