El Presbítero don José Joaquín de la Pedreguera, Cura Propietario, Vicario Foráneo, y Juez Eclesiástico de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder general a su hermano el señor don Manuel de la Pedreguera, Caballero de la orden de Alcántara, Marqués de Herrera, vecino de la Real Villa y Corte de Madrid, para que a nombre de él comparezca ante la piedad del Señor Augusto Soberano, el Señor don Fernando VII, en su Real Consejo de Indias, o en cualquier otro Tribunal que convenga, y con manifestación que haga de sus méritos, pida se digne concederle las gracias y mercedes que a su piedad tenga a bien conferirle; a cuyo efecto haga todas las presentaciones, actos, agencias y diligencias que convengan.
