Ante Don Juan Antonio Cano Moctezuma, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, Alonso de Neira Claver, vecino de este pueblo, como albacea y heredero de Luisa Ordóñez, viuda de Manuel Rodríguez de Maya, solicitó que los bienes declarados en el testamento de la susodicha sean declarados y sirvan de inventario para cumplir con la obligación de su cargo. Atento a lo cual, el Alcalde Mayor los dio por manifestados e interpuso su autoridad.
