Don Martín de Miranda y Tellechea, hijo legítimo de los difuntos don Martín de Miranda y doña María de Tellechea, natural de la Villa de Vaza, en el Reino de Navarra Obispado de Pamplona, en los Reinos de Castilla, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, casado con doña María Micaela de Arraido y Monterde, viuda de don Miguel de Campo, otorga poder para testar y nombramiento de albacea a don Francisco Javier de Medina y a su esposa doña Martina de Miranda y Tellechea, hija legítima del otorgante y vecinos de la citada Ciudad de la Veracruz, junto con don Gabriel de Arteaga, don Juan Santiago Lobo, residentes en este pueblo, y don Juan Francisco de Almanza, vecino de la Ciudad de México, y como herederos designa a la citada Martina, y don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda y Tellechea, su otro hijo legítimo.
