Don Antonio Suárez Valdés, vecino de Jalapa, otorga que debe al Bachiller Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier, Clérigo Presbítero de esta vecindad, 300 pesos de oro común, resto de 400 pesos que por hacerle bien y buena obra le prestó para labrar una casa en la calle Nueva de este pueblo, por lo que se obliga a pagarlos dándole 100 pesos durante cuatro meses, y para el seguro pago de la deuda hipoteca la referida casa que labró con el dinero prestado.
