José Antonio Marín, vecino de la Banderilla, otorga que recibe en fiado en la puerta de esta Real Cárcel, a don Manuel Martínez, vecino de la hacienda de Lucas Martín, que se halla preso en ella, y de quien se constituye fiador y carcelero comentariense, presentando en la misma Real Cárcel siempre y cuando se le preceptúe por el citado señor gobernador, en cualquier estado de la causa, sin que sea necesario se le conceda término o plazo alguno.
