Don Marcos Barreda, vecino del Pueblo de Perote, apoderado de don Tomás Rajadel, dijo que por orden de doña María Montañés de la Cueva, recibió de Juan de Quiñones Alguacil Mayor y apoderado de dicha María, la cantidad de 1, 500 pesos, mismos que le mandó a entregar a dicho Juan de Quiñones, como consta en autos, obligándose dicho Juan como principal y Tomás Borro como su fiador; por lo cual dicha María trató de pagarle la citada cantidad a don Tomás Rajadel, con la condición de que éste se obligue como habían dicho Quiñones y Borro, por lo cual les hace relevación del cargo a los antes mencionados, quedando libres de la obligación que tenían.
