Pedro Sánchez Lobato, español y vecino de esta jurisdicción, declaró bajo juramento que estuvo presente cuando el Licenciado don Francisco Fernández de Velasco dictó su memoria al Bachiller don Antonio Carreto, Presbítero Subteniente en el Curato de Tlacolulan, además dijo que en el lugar también se encontraban el Brigadier don Diego Francisco de Arteaga y Esteban de Mendoza, Escribano de los naturales del pueblo de Tlacolulan. Por último, dijo que dicho Fernández de Velasco se encontraba en su entero juicio y que por lo inesperado de su muerte fue imposible llamar al escribano y a otros testigos.
