Don Mariano de Lavalle y Zuasti, Caballero de la Orden de Alcántara del Consejo de Su Majestad, Oidor Honorario en la Real Audiencia de Guatemala, Asesor y Auditor de Guerra de la Presidencia y Comandancia General de Guadalajara en este reino de Nueva España, otorga poder especial al Señor Doctor don Manuel de la Bodega y Mollinedo, del mismo Consejo de Su Majestad y Oidor de la Real Audiencia de México donde reside, para que en su nombre cobre de los ministros de la Tesorería General de la Capital de México, mientras no se restituya el otorgante a Guadalajara, los sueldos vencidos hasta la fecha y los que en adelante devengare que le pertenecen como tal asesor y auditor de guerra de Guadalajara.
