Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, doncella mayor de 25 años, vecina de esta Villa de Xalapa, apoderada de don José Mateo de Olavarrieta, otorga que vende a doña Nicolasa Domínguez, viuda de don Juan [Gómez]de Estrada, una casa ubicada en el Barrio de Arriba y calle de la Amargura, con la que hace frente y esquina hacia el oriente, con casa que pertenece a los herederos de don Roque Jacinto Florido, dicha calle en medio, al sur linda con casa de la testamentaria del Teniente Coronel José Antonio de la Pedreguera, y por su fondo, al poniente, linda parte del sitio con calle del Ganado y parte con casa que fue de don Juan de Dios Thormes y hoy es de don Domingo Aravalles. La vende por precio de 1, 700 pesos.
