Doña Petrona García Monzaval, doncella mayor de 25 años, vecina de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, dijo que en dicha ciudad posee una botica al cuidado de don Manuel Igartuburu, maestro de Farmacopea, quien la quiere dejar por sus fines particulares, por lo que la otorgante ha convenido que la reciba y despache don Jacinto de Herrera y Campo por tiempo y espacio de 5 años, con el salario de 12 reales diarios, ropa limpia y barba hecha y al fin de cada año una gratificación a proporción de las utilidades que resulten.
