Felipe García, dueño de recua, vecino del pueblo de Apa, dio su poder cumplido a Marcos de la Cruz, residente en este pueblo y vecino de la ciudad de Cholula, para que en su nombre prosiga, fenezca y acabe la querella criminal que tiene dada ante el Capitán Don Francisco Alvarez, Alcalde Provincial de la Santa Hermandad en la gobernación de esta Nueva España, y ante otras cualesquier justicias, que ha interpuesto contra Matías, mulato, esclavo de Doña Juana Margarita de Oliver, vecina de Jalapa; y contra otro, llamado Don Diego, por el delito de robo.
