Don Felipe Ignacio de Alzolaras, del Comercio de España, dijo que el 6 de octubre de 1779, otorgó un poder para testar a don Juan Antonio de Zuloaga, en el que señaló entierro, albaceas y herederos, al cual le agrega por vía de codicilo, que nombra por su segundo albacea a don Remigio Fernández, de quien hizo mención en dicho poder para testar, declarando que ordena se paguen a don Pascual José Portillo y a don Félix de Basterra, las cuentas que presuntamente han gastado en él, ordena que la ropa de su uso sea valuada y vendida para que su ganancia se entregue a dicho Remigio.
