Don Domingo de Lanz, vecino de España y residente en este pueblo, apoderado de doña Rosa Falcón, vecina de la Ciudad de Cádiz y apoderada de don Bartolomé Aniño y don Juan Bartolomé Aniño, quienes le otorgaron poder especial el día 18 de octubre de 1935 en la Ciudad de Cádiz, para cobrar a don Juan de Perea, residente en el pueblo de San Andrés Chalchicomula, la cantidad de 624 pesos, deuda que cobró don Domingo de Lanz, y quien otorgó recibo sólo por 423 pesos y 7 reales, haciendo falta para completar la cuenta, 200 pesos y 1 real.
