Andrés Monares de Vargas, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que Juan Sánchez Izquierdo, dueño de recua, vecino que fue del pueblo de San Juan de los Llanos, estando enfermo le dio su poder para que en su nombre hiciera su testamento en los siguientes términos: dijo que quedó debiendo a Julián Camacho, vecino de la Veracruz, 24 reales y medio, en la tienda quedó debiendo 12 pesos y 2 reales y medio, a Roque San Juan, vecino de la Veracruz, le debía 125 pesos, entre otras deudas que tenía. Entre sus bienes tiene 22 mulas aparejadas de lazo y reata, otra de carga en pelo y 5 de silla, 200 ovejas, un esclavo mulato llamado Juan Marcial, el cual le comunicó lo dejara libre, entre otros bienes que se mencionan.
