Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, residente en su ingenio nombrado San Pedro Buenavista, impuso un censo de 10,000 pesos de oro común sobre todos sus bienes muebles y raíces, especialmente sobre su dicho ingenio, sus tierras, machos de caña, 80 esclavos negros, aguas, pastos, abrevaderos, casas, prensas, cobres, 600 bueyes de tiro, 300 yeguas y caballos, y demás bienes a él pertenecientes, a razón de veinte mil al millar, conforme a la última pregmática de Su Magestad, y dará una renta de 500 pesos anuales en favor de Doña Constanza de Abrego Caballero, viuda del General Fenando de Sosa Suárez.
