Doña Antonia de Piedra, viuda del Capitán don Pedro de Vera y Lobera, residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo tiene otorgado poder para testar a su hijo el Bachiller don Manuel Felipe de Vera y Lobera, Presbítero, y a don Simón José de Vives, Factor Oficial Real de la Real Hacienda y Caja de la Nueva Veracruz, y ahora por vía de codicilo ordena se le de el tercio y quinto de sus bienes a doña Ursula de Vera y Lobera, su hija, mujer de dicho don Simón José de Vives, y por su fallecimiento, a doña Ana y doña Luisa, hijas de la citada Ursula.
