Doña Catarina García, viuda de don Juan Martín Blanco, española y vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, con poder para testar otorgado a favor del Bachiller José Miguel Pérez de Aguerra, junto con su yerno don José de Acosta y sus hijas Juana de Jesús y Petronila Blanco García, informa que por vía de codicilio, revoca el haber otorgado a Petronila Blanco García, una casita chica baja, ésto por haberle comprado otra casa por la cantidad de 1, 000 pesos, así como la cláusula donde mandó se diera libertad por 100 pesos a su esclavo José Antonio, marido de María Olaya, por lo que ahora dice que se le de la libertad a dicho esclavo pero sin que se de nada a cambio.
