Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, dueño de su ingenio de hacer azúcar, recibió del Capitán de la Peña, residente en este pueblo, 1 200 pesos de oro común para satisfacer la condenación que se hiciera al dicho Capitán por los señores de la Real Audiencia, en la residencia que se le tomó del tiempo que fue Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, para cuyo efecto se obligó el otorgante a que de la fecha de esta carta en 1 mes los pondrá en la ciudad de México en poder del Lic. Don Gabriel de Prado, abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, para que acuda a dicha satisfacción.
