Ante el Capitán Don Nicolás Alejandro de Meza, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa y la provincia de Jalacingo, su agregada, Antonio Muñoz, de color pardo, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que por cláusula de su testamento María de la O Muñoz, su señora, difunta, lo dejó libre de servidumbre con el cargo de mandar decir 10 misas cantadas, una cada año o como mejor fuere visto. Y respecto de haber cumplido con el tenor de dicha cláusula, le solicitó un tanto autorizado de dicha cláusula para que le sirva de título de su libertad.
