Don Francisco Suárez, Alguacil Mayor de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, dijo que en atención a estar convenido y ajustado con Antonio Laureano de Campo, Subteniente de Alguacil Mayor, que por 500 pesos de oro común, le haga renuncia del oficio como ya lo ha hecho, por tanto Francisco Suárez se obliga a que si después que se hayan entregado los 500 pesos se ofreciera algún embargo o impedimento para el uso del oficio, devolverá dicha cantidad sin pleito ni litigio alguno y si no se le devuelve él gozará de los emolumentos del oficio y Antonio Laureano sirviéndolo sólo como su Teniente, para cuyo efecto hipoteca el oficio mediante recibo suyo.
