Don Juan Miguel Rebolledo, vecino de Coatepec, y don Juan Galván, marido de María Antonia Baizabal y representante de los herederos del difunto Antonio de Baizabal, tienen pleito por una escritura de obligación, que no cumplió el difunto, por 652 pesos 4 reales y que Rebolledo pretende cobrarse con la mitad de una casa que dejó el difunto, por lo que convienen y conciertan en que don Juan Galván le ha de pagar a dicho Rebolledo 150 pesos por la mitad del valor de la referida casa, para poderse quedar con ella, y 50 pesos más por quitarse de diferencias.
