Don Miguel de la Barrera, administrador del ingenio nombrado La Santísima Trinidad, en nombre de Doña Eugenia Francisca de Amilibia Guraya y Lezama, viuda del Capitán Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, como madre y tutora de Doña Josefa Petronila de la Higuera Matamoros, y en virtud de su poder, dio en arrendamiento a Don Gregorio García Cortés, vecino de Jalapa, un potrero que linda con este ingenio nombrado Mahuixtlán, que es sólo para pastar ganados; por tiempo de cinco años, a partir de 18 de noviembre del presente año, por el precio de 100 pesos de oro común anuales, con la condición que ha de permitir que el ganado del servicio de este ingenio pueda pastar en dicho potrero.
