Bernardino Sandria, hijo de Agustín de Sandria y Felipa de la Cruz difuntos, vecino de Jalapa, otorga testamento de la siguiente manera: fue casado con Dionisia Antonia de Irigoyen, difunta; manda se entregue el quinto de sus bienes al Padre Cura de Tepetlán y los dedique a la veneración de San Antonio del Monte. Por bienes señala 2 ranchos de ganado mayor: uno nombrado Palmar arrendado a Antonio del Camino, y el otro nombrado Santa Ana, en tierras de José Ángel de Aguirre, a quien le paga arrendamiento de 120 pesos anuales, asimismo son de su propiedad varios esclavos mencionados en esta escritura, nombra por albaceas a Antonio del Camino y Manuel de Boza, nombra heredera a su alma.
