El Capitán Juan Mateos Yáñez, vecino del puerto Sanlúcar de Barrameda en los Reinos de Castilla, residente en Jalapa, con poder de Juan Vázquez Rico, vecino de la Ciudad de México, como albacea y tenedor de bienes de Antonia de la Cueva, viuda que fue de Miguel Romero, también tutor y curador de Clara Romero, hija legítima y heredera de los susodichos, otorga que ha recibido del Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, mercader de Jalapa, 423 pesos de oro común; 200 pesos le entregó Juan Miguel García Monzaval, y los 223 pesos que el Capitán Bartolomé de Castro debía a dichos bienes por carta orden de Juan Vázquez Rico.
