El Capitán José de Arias y Torija, vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, por él y en nombre de su compañero don Pedro López Gómez, vecino de Cádiz, otorga poder especial a don José Mariano Rendón Palomino, Procurador de la Curia Eclesiástica de la Ciudad de la Puebla, para que solicite de cualesquiera cofres, tribunales, conventos, capellanías, cofradías, obras pías o personas particulares, cualquier cantidad de pesos que le quieran dar a censo redimible, que impondrá sobre su hacienda e ingenio San Pedro Buena Vista, alias la Orduña, con los cuales redima en todo o en parte 28, 000 pesos que en dos partidas recibió en depósito irregular.
