Don Ángel Retortillo y don Joaquín de Ortega, de esta vecindad, dijeron que en esta Real Cárcel se encuentra María de la Luz Aguilera, de estado viuda y con una dilatada familia, por iniciada en la causa criminal que se sigue por el Señor Alcalde de Primera Elección contra el reo inmune, José Domingo López Gandurin, por la herida que infirió a José Manuel Mena de la que murió en diciembre pasado, cuyo hecho aconteció por los celos que el agresor tuvo del difunto en la amistad que siguió con la mencionada Aguilera, causa por la que se encuentra presa desde aquel tiempo, y habiendo ordenado el Señor Juez excarcelarla bajo fianza comentarience, por la presente los otorgantes se constituyen fiadores y carceleros de la expresada Aguilera.
