Doña Mariana de Campo, viuda, albacea y heredera de don Francisco Javier Yáñez Remusgo de Vera, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Juan de Quiñones, Alguacil Mayor de esta jurisdicción, para que pague las cantidades de réditos que se deben a los herederos de don Antonio de Herrera, a favor del cual se hipoteco una casa que el difunto Francisco labró de cal y canto de altos, techada de tejas en su sitio correspondiente, que linda al norte con la Calle Real que sale de esta plaza hacia el Camino Real de la Veracruz, al oriente con casas y solar de Manuel de Villa Pinto, al sur y poniente con casa de don José de la Calle, en la cantidad de 250 pesos.
