Doña Ana de Silva Morgado y Moreno, originaria del Puerto de la Habana y vecina de Jalapa, hija legítima de don Bernardo de Silva y de doña María Margarita Morgado, difuntos, otorga poder para testar al Señor Cura Gregorio Fentanes. Ordena quede en libertad su esclava negrita nombrada Rosalía que tendrá 11 años de edad. Declara fue casada en primeras nupcias con don Domingo Rodríguez, y en segundas con don Francisco Moreno, Capitán de Granaderos y Teniente Coronel Graduado. Nombra como albacea testamentaria al dicho Señor Cura, y como heredero universal a don Francisco Moreno, Administrador de las Alcabalas de Sayula y a doña Ramona Moreno.
