Doña María Antonia y doña María Josefa Ribot, doncellas mayores de 25 años, vecinas de Jalapa, declaran que han recibido de don Felipe Montiel, Mayordomo de la Hermandad de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, ubicada en la nueva parroquia de San José de la Laguna de Jalapa, la cantidad de 200 pesos de oro común, los cuales se obligan a tener en calidad de depósito irregular por el espacio de 9 años, y para cumplir dicha obligación hipotecan una casa ubicada en la calle del Ganado, haciendo esquina con las casas de don Pedro de Senande, doña Juana Ortiz y al fondo con la casa de don Pedro José Durán.
