Don José Antonio Liñeiro y Romero, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, el cual compró a don Francisco Javier de Olartegochea una casa ubicada en la calle Nueva con la que hace frente hacia el norte, otorga que impone, sitúa y carga 1, 000 pesos a censo redimible sobre la citada casa, a favor del Diputado Juan Bautista de Echagaray, por lo que se obliga a dar y satisfacer al nombrado diputado con 50 pesos de censo en cada un año, contados desde el día 22 de enero.
