Don Liborio Clausell, del Comercio de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que él y don Agustín Butler de común acuerdo, por escritura de riesgo de mar que otorgaron en la Ciudad de Cádiz el 16 de Mayo de 1772, se obligaron a pagar a don Francisco Salazar, la cantidad de 4, 427 pesos 4 reales de plata, a los tres meses primeros siguientes de cumplido el riesgo, y en virtud de que ha recibido la dicha cantidad da por cancelada la escritura de obligación.
