Don Manuel José Rincón, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido del Capitán Francisco Javier López, como Mayordomo que es de la Cofradía de la Concepción de la parroquia antigua, la cantidad de 200 pesos en dinero de contado, en calidad de depósito irregular y por tiempo de 3 años, de los cuales pagará 5 % de réditos anuales al Mayordomo que fuere, misma que debía a dicha Cofradía la testamentaria de su hermano, el Bachiller Juan Antonio Rincón, y para seguridad de esta deuda, hipoteca una casa de paredes, techada de madera y tejas, que fabricó en la esquina de la plaza del Rey.
