Don Ignacio de Guevara, don Manuel Eugenio de Acosta, vecinos de Jalapa, don Juan José de Acosta, don Antonio Gaspar de Acosta, don Miguel Pérez y don José Antonio de Acosta, vecinos de Naolinco y residentes en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorgan poder especial a don Nicolás Domínguez, vecino de Naolinco, para que obligue a los otorgantes como principales deudores en el remate del arrendamiento de los diezmos caseros del partido de Naolinco, por lo cual se constituyen en principales pagadores a favor de la iglesia catedral de la ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, por la cantidad en que se celebre dicho remate.
