Matías Pérez, vecino de este pueblo de Naolinco, con testamento hecho en el pueblo de Jalapa, de fecha 24 de octubre de 1736, indica que por vía de codicilio decide hacer cambios al mismo, mandando que la mitad de sus bienes se le den a su hija María y a su mujer, y la otra mitad a sus demás hijos, así como no otorgarles una casa y solar a sus hijos José y Miguel como lo indicaba el anterior testamento.
