Doña Agustina Suárez de Torquemada, viuda de Alguacil Mayor don Lucas Rosete, vecina de esta villa, dijo que habiendo renunciado su marido a dicho oficio en don Carlos Díaz y Herrero, quien por hacerle buena obra, abonó a la relacionante 506 pesos y 4 reales, que ha producido el presente oficio, pero en el ajuste de cuentas ella resultó alcanzada en 1, 836 pesos y cuatro reales en dinero en efectivo, por lo que cede, renuncia y transfiere el derecho y acción de dicho oficio de Alguacil Mayor en don Carlos Díaz y Herrero.
