Doña María Ignacia García Campomanes, mujer legítima de don Manuel de Zárate y vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, debe y se obliga pagar a la Cofradía de San José de la parroquia de este pueblo, la cantidad de 200 pesos que con licencia del Cura y Rector de la misma, le prestó el Mayordomo a su citado marido, en el periodo de 4 años, pagando el rédito correspondiente, y para la seguridad de dicha deuda, hipoteca la casa de su morada, labrada de paredes y azotea, la cual linda al norte con la Calle Real que sale de esta plaza hacia la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, al oriente con casa de don Francisco de Escalona, al sur con solar de Antonio Marín y al poniente con solar de Paula Rodríguez.
