El capitán Don Juan de Fuica Lezama, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, habiendo visto esta información dada por el Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, curador de las personas y bienes de Don Pedro [de Ceballos], Don Marcos [Ceballos de Burgos], y fray Boecio de Ceballos, fraile novicio de la de la Orden de Santo Domingo de la ciudad de Los Angeles, concedió licencia a Don Sebastián de la Higuera como tutor de los dichos menores, para que otorgue la cesión y traspaso en forma de derecho que los menores tienen a las tierras, aguas, y sitios mencionados en estos autos, en el citado Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, siempre y cuando el susodicho pague o reciba en cuenta de sus legítimas 6500 pesos de oro común.
