Don Bernardino de la Fuente, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, Maestro Mayor, examinador y Alcalde del arte de Herrador Proto Albéitar del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, nombra a don José Antonio Matamoros, Maestro Herrador, Albeitería y Fiscal velador de los herradores del pueblo de Jalapa, Perote y la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que vele con exactitud que todos los herradores cumplan con las ordenanzas de dicho oficio, y por ausencia de dicho Matamoros, confiere iguales facultades al Maestro Joaquín Felipe Sarmiento.
