Don Pedro Gorrindo Palomino, Alcalde Mayor del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder general a don José Antonio Caravajal, Oficial Primero de la Contaduría de la Real Hacienda de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre reciba de la intendencia de aquella ciudad, los despachos necesarios de la referida subdelegacía con las ordenanzas de intendencias a que debe arreglar sus operaciones, así también para que lo represente en todos sus pleitos.
