El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, residente en el ingenio de San Miguel Almolonga, dio su poder cumplido a Don Juan Leonardo de Sevilla, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre siga en todos y cualesquier tribunales donde convenga, la postura que tiene hecha a las haciendas de Tenampa, La Palmilla, trapiche e ingenio de Tenampa, El Despoblado y el molino de Río Frío. Asimismo, para que haga las pujas necesarias de la cantidad o cantidades, acrecentando condiciones a la hecha o minorándolas como le pareciere, hasta conseguir que se le rematen.
