Don Félix Velasco Quiroz y don Agustín Díaz del Guante, ambos de esta vecindad, dijeron que tienen resuelto plantear un establecimiento de Botica en el pueblo de Coatepec, con cuyo objeto han celebrado las respectivas condiciones que se agregan adjuntas a esta escritura. Y que a fin de que ese contrato tenga toda la estabilidad y firmeza que pretenden, quieren reducirlo a instrumento público, por lo que otorgan que establecen la relacionada compañía en la negociación de esa Botica bajo las condiciones asentadas.
