Doña María Josefa Guillén, de esta vecindad, mujer y conjunta persona de don Juan Bautista de Campo, otorga que recibe de don Pedro Martínez, como curador y tutor de sus menores hermanas doña Ana y Margarita Guillén, la cantidad de 300 pesos, correspondiente a la cuenta de división y partición de bienes de su padre, el difunto don Antonio Guillén, mismos que se obliga a tener en depósito irregular por el tiempo que dure la minoría de edad de sus hermanas o hasta que sean habilitadas por matrimonio, de los que pagará el premio anual del 5 %, por lo que hipoteca la cantidad de 987 pesos 6 reales que se le adjudicaron por dicha división de bienes de su padre en una casa que dejó en esta Villa, haciendo esquina a los callejones del Diamante y de Quiñones.\t
