Doña María Catarina Domínguez, vecina que fue del pueblo de Naolinco y ahora de Jalapa, otorga que debe y se obliga apagar a don Marcos Roso, vecino de este pueblo, 60 pesos de oro común, mismos que el susodicho le ha prestado para hacer bien a su hijo José de Estrada y se obliga a pagarlos en 4 meses y para el seguro de dicha paga hipoteca un solar que tiene en el pueblo de Naolinco que tiene de frente 125 varas y 3 cuartas, linda al oriente con el camino Real que sale a Veracruz y del otro lado solar de don Francisco Rodríguez por el sur con solar de Leonardo Antonio Gutiérrez y de Rafael Ramírez por donde tiene 82 varas, al poniente y norte con inclinación al oriente que cierra el fondo acuchillando con el frente linda con solar del difunto Gabriel Rodríguez por donde tiene 136 varas.
