Para la dicha información, el Alcalde Mayor Don Francisco Maraver y Padilla, hizo parecer a José de Sosa, vecino de Jalapa, maestro de niños [escuelas], y siéndole preguntado sobre la petición de los naturales de Jalapa, dijo que las causas que motivan a dichos naturales a solicitar licencia para vender a censo su mesón en esta comunidad, son ciertas, y le parece qué lo más acertado es darles la licencia para venderlo a censo.
