Rosa María Jaimes, viuda del Capitán Antonio Cardeña, tutora y Curadora de sus menores hijos, y el Capitán Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja, de la Orden de Santiago, ambos vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, albaceas del mencionado Capitán, se obligan de pagar a doña Gertrudis de la Gala y Thormes, viuda del Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno, 1, 520 pesos 5 tomines y medio, mismos que le quedaron debiendo al Alférez, los 796 de ellos a los herederos de Juan de Thormes y el resto a la viuda de Sebastián de Flores Moreno, por haber sido condenados a su paga y satisfacción por sus bienes y herederos en sentencia hecha por la real justicia en el pleito que se ha seguido sobre ello. El pago se hará según los viajes que hagan las recuas que quedaron del Capitán Antonio Cardeña, de la Veracruz a la Puebla, México u otra ciudad.
