Don Sebastián de Aguirre, de este comercio y vecindad, que en uso del poder especial que don Manuel de Villa y Gibaja, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz le confirió, otorga que vende a favor de don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, actual Prior del Real Consulado de Veracruz, una casa del cal y piedra, de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera, ladrillo y azotea, situada en la Calle de la Amargura a la que hace su frente al oriente, y del otro lado el costado de la Iglesia Parroquial, por su fondo al poniente linda con el costado de la casa del finado don Juan de Bárcena; por el costado del sur con casa de don Alonso Gatica, Cura que fue de esta Villa, y por el del norte con casa alta que fue de don Juan Bautista Lotina. La vende por precio de 3500 pesos.
